The best community is self sufficient and I want our community to police itself. So here's my proposal, and it's good until someone screws it up...
Submit your rule or regulation in this forum and I will review it to make sure that:
1. It doesn't conflict with other rules
2. It doesn't conflict with any laws.
3. It is a good rule for the forum
If your rule seems productive in keeping a good forum community I will approve the thread an it stands.

If you want to trade a domain the domain must be registered to you and verifiable through the WHOIS database. If the registration is due to expire within 10 days of the time of barter agreement it is your responsibility to renew the registration for transfer.
